How you can pay at Ostra Home, when you are charged, and how we keep your payment details safe.
Accepted payment methods
We accept the following payment methods at checkout:
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard and UnionPay
- Digital wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Shop Pay
The payment options you see at checkout may vary slightly depending on your device and browser. For example, Apple Pay appears only on supported Apple devices.
Currency
All prices on ostrahome.com are listed and charged in US dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
When you are charged
Your payment is taken when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email straight away with a summary of what you paid.
Payment security
All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI DSS compliant checkout over an encrypted connection. Your full card details are handled by the payment processor and are never seen or stored by Ostra Home.
Declined payments and order verification
If your payment is declined, please check that your billing details match those held by your card issuer, or try another payment method. If the problem continues, contact your bank or card provider.
To protect our customers, some orders may be reviewed before they are processed. If we need to verify an order we will contact you by email. We may cancel and fully refund any order we are unable to verify.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.
